“Wee-weed up”????

Is this a DC phrase? Chicago? Hawaiian??? Maybe it’s one of Michelle’s pet terms for the big man when he’s in a mood?

I’m at a loss folks. Where exactly does ‘wee-weed up’ come from? Can someone provide me a succinct definition? Thanks.

Maybe it comes from the same place as “misunderestimated.” I know that it has to be brilliant, him being the most intelligent president we’ve ever had and all …

Via @DLoesch and Michelle Malkin

Update: Gibbs “explains” the term in a couple minutes of stumbling and bumbling, “uuuuhhhs” and “aaaahhhs”. Short version is that it is a crude, family un-friendly term that Gibbs is too embarrassed to discuss forthrightly with the general public.
